小组合作教学模式有很多的好处,一方面,通过数学课堂的小组合作讨论,不仅仅可以提高学生的数学能力,更为重要的是提高了综合素质,并且因为进行小组合作体验到了其同进步的乐趣,另一方面,教师通过采用更加先进的小组合作模式,可以提高教师的教学水平。小组合作教学模式是一个全新的数学教学模式,这对教师提出了新的要求,作为教师,一定要认真理解并贯彻落实,在日常的教学实践中灵活运用这一模式,从而推动小学学生数学成绩的进步和小学数学教学方式方法的进步。
