法治建设的发展离不开法治精神的普及,弘扬法治精神的应有之义就是公民法治意识的提升,只有法律的权威在人民心中树立,才能使全体人民成为社会主义法治的忠实捍卫者,才能为依法治国的全面推进奠定有力基础。本文从法治意识的内涵出发,深刻分析当代公民法治意识存在的问题及缺失原因,并以此提出构建的路径。
The development of the rule of law is inseparable from the popularization of the spirit of the rule of law. The proper meaning of carrying forward the spirit of the rule of law is the promotion of the awareness of the rule of law by citizens. Based on the connotation of the awareness of the rule of law, this article profoundly analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the absence of the contemporary citizens’ awareness of the rule of law, and puts forward the path of construction.
