于１９９５年起对５３例白血病患者２１８个化疗疗程，应用利多卡因预防胃肠道反应取得较好疗效，现报告如下。临床资料１．病例选择 自１９９５年２月～１９９６年１１月，我院共收治住院急性白血病１０５例，其中男６８例，女３７例，年龄１６～７０岁，中位数年龄２８岁。
