国家外汇管理局各省、自治区、直辖市分局、外汇管理部,深圳、大连、青岛、厦门、宁波市分局:为了切实实现依法行政,维护当事人合法权益,保证外汇管理检查工作的合法、顺利开展,根据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》和《中华人民共和国外汇管理条例》,总局制定了《国家外汇管理局行政处罚听证程序》,已经局长办公会议审议通过,现印发执行。请各分局和外汇管理部接到通知后尽快转发所辖支局。执行中遇到问题,及时向总局综合司反映。
