线粒体DNA(mitochondrial DNA, mtDNA)是唯一的核外遗传物质,为编码线粒体呼吸链复合物的重要组成部分,在细胞能量代谢中起重要作用。缺氧缺血情况下mtDNA易发生损伤,自由基、一氧化氮产生增多是mtDNA损伤的主要因素。缺氧缺血时mtDNA损伤可致细胞凋亡、线粒体呼吸链复合物活性下降,并且不同的组织mtDNA损伤有不同的表现形式。
Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) is the only extranuclear genetic material that is an important part of the respiratory chain complex encoding mitochondria and plays an important role in cellular energy metabolism. Under hypoxic-ischemic conditions mtDNA is prone to damage, and the increase of free radicals and nitric oxide is the main factor of mtDNA damage. Hypoxia-ischemia mtDNA damage can lead to apoptosis, mitochondrial respiratory chain complex activity decreased, and different tissue mtDNA damage have different manifestations.
