随着大陆与我国台湾地区的经贸发展,两岸经贸纠纷呈不断上升趋势。为便捷高效地解决两岸经贸纠纷,保护各方当事人的合法权益,本文深入研究调解、仲裁和诉讼等纠纷解决方式的不同作用,结合两岸经贸纠纷特点,将各种纠纷解决方式有效衔接,力图构建两岸经贸纠纷多元化解决机制。
With the economic and trade development between the mainland and Taiwan in our country, the economic and trade disputes across the Taiwan Straits have been on the rise. In order to solve the cross-strait economic and trade dispute conveniently and efficiently and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties concerned, this paper studies in depth the different roles of mediation, arbitration and litigation in the settlement of disputes. Combining the characteristics of cross-strait economic and trade disputes, Cross-Strait Economic and Trade Dispute Diversification Mechanism.
