为保证人民群众的饮食卫生、安全,加强对市场粮食的卫生监督检查。近日,北京市卫生局对超市、商场、集贸市场、餐饮业、集体食堂等36个单位出售和自购的大米进行了卫生监督和抽样检查。此次共抽检了67个生产厂家不同品牌的大米。按照国家标准分别进行了铝、镉、汞的检测。经检测此次抽检的大米全部合格。为确保百姓的食品卫生和安全,北京市卫生局将加强对市场食品的卫生监督管理和抽检,对假冒伪劣产品将依据“食品卫生法”严厉进行打击和处罚。
