目的:比较血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、尿UAE在妊娠高血压疾病早期肾损害诊断中的价值。方法:对35例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(HDCP组)、20例正常非妊娠妇女及25例正常晚期妊娠妇女(对照组)血清中CysC、Urea、Cr、UA及尿UAE水平进行检测。结果:HDCP组CysC、UAE明显高于对照组,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HDCP组与晚期妊娠组间UA水平明显高于正常非孕组(P<0.01),但HDCP组与晚期妊娠组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Cr、Urea只在重度HDCP组才明显升高(P<0.01),而其他各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清CysC是一种反映肾小球滤过功能较敏感的指标,与尿UAE联合用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者的监测,对早期发现肾功能的改变,评价病情的发展有重要的作用。
Objective: To compare the value of serum cystatin C (CysC), urea (Urea), creatinine (Cr), uric acid (UA) and urinary UAE in the diagnosis of early renal damage in pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: The serum levels of CysC, Urea, Cr, UA and urine UAE in 35 patients with HDCP (HDCP group), 20 normal non-pregnant women and 25 normal pregnant women (control group) were measured. Results: The levels of CysC and UAE in HDCP group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of UA in HDCP group and late pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in normal non-pregnant group (P <0.01) However, there was no significant difference between HDCP group and late pregnancy group (P> 0.05). Cr and Urea only increased significantly in severe HDCP group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference among other groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Serum CysC is a sensitive indicator of glomerular filtration function. Combined with urinary UAE, monitoring of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can play an important role in the early detection of changes in renal function and evaluation of the development of the disease .
