本文就自卸汽车举升机构设计带一般性的问题作了分析和讨论。在分析讨论中,对国内外自卸汽车中有代表性的举升机构(直推式、连杆复合式、连杆放大式和杠杆平衡式等)进行了评价。文中附有这些机构的结构和受力简图,并收集整理了国内外部分自卸汽车举升机构参数表。结合东风LZ340型自卸汽车连杆复合式举升机构的设计,比较详细地谈了举升机构的设计方法。在设计过程中,提出了举升力系数与水平分力系数这两项设计指标的概念、数值范围及在设计中如何选择。
This article analyzes and discusses the general problems of dump body lifting mechanism design. In the analysis and discussion, the representative lifting mechanism (direct push type, connecting rod type, connecting rod type and lever balance type) among domestic and foreign dump trucks was evaluated. Attached to the text of the structure of these institutions and the stress diagram, and collected some of the domestic and foreign dump truck lifting mechanism parameters table. Combined with the design of the compound lifting mechanism of the connecting rod of the Dongfeng LZ340 dump truck, the design method of the lifting mechanism is discussed in more detail. In the design process, the concept, numerical range and how to choose two design indexes of lifting force coefficient and horizontal component force coefficient are put forward.
