目的　分析重型肝炎的预后因素。方法　将 96例重型肝炎分为死亡组和存活组 ,分别从年龄、性别、临床分型、并发症、实验室检查等方面进行回顾性分析。结果　感染、多系统脏器功能衰竭、肝性脑病、胆固醇、PTA、血清前白蛋白等因素与重肝预后有关 ,在肝功能衰竭的情况下 ,发生出血和感染者死亡率较高。结论　对重型肝炎患者积极祛除病因、预防和治疗开发症是提高存活率的关键环节。 Objective To analyze the prognostic factors of severe hepatitis. Methods Ninety - six cases of severe hepatitis were divided into death group and survival group, and were retrospectively analyzed from the aspects of age, sex, clinical classification, complications and laboratory tests. Results Infection, multiple system organ failure, hepatic encephalopathy, cholesterol, PTA, prealbumin and other factors related to the prognosis of severe liver injury, in the case of liver failure, bleeding and infection were higher mortality. Conclusion The active elimination of the cause of severe hepatitis patients, prevention and treatment of development is the key to improving survival rate.
