凿岩机强烈的噪声造成了采矿工业中有害的工作环境。一般的凿岩机噪声级竟高达110～126分贝(A),强烈的噪声令人震耳欲聋,严重危及矿工听力和健康,而且降低工人的工作效率。目前,正在试用各种方法来减少凿岩机噪声,而且取得了可喜的进展。本文就YGZ70型气动凿岩机采取小孔群排气消声和扩张室消声的试验研究,对凿岩机的排气消声问题进行探讨。 YGZ70型气动凿岩机小孔排气消声和扩张室消声的结构如图1示。
The strong noise of rock drills caused a detrimental working environment in the mining industry. General rock drill noise level as high as 110 to 126 decibels (A), the strong noise is deafening, seriously endanger the hearing and health of miners, and reduce the work efficiency of workers. At present, various methods are being tried out to reduce the rock drill noise and have made encouraging progress. In this paper, YGZ70 pneumatic rock drill to take small hole group exhaust muffler and expansion chamber anechoic experimental study of rock drill exhaust muffling problems are discussed. YGZ70-type pneumatic rock drill hole exhaust muffler and expansion chamber anechoic structure shown in Figure 1.
