本文搭建了有机朗肯循环涡旋膨胀机实验系统,采用工质R123对涡旋膨胀机变负载工况的输出性能进行了实验研究。同时基于涡旋膨胀机的几何结构,采用热力学方法,结合动力学分析,对涡旋膨胀机的工作过程进行了仿真分析。实验得到涡旋膨胀机最大输出功率为1,168 W,最高等熵效率为55%,最高输出转速为2,165 r/min。仿真分析结果与实验结果对比最小误差为3.4%,最大误差为37.5%,验证了仿真模型的准确性。
In this paper, an organic Rankine cycle vortex expander experimental system was set up, the working fluid R123 was used to test the output performance of the scroll expander under variable load conditions. At the same time, based on the geometry of the scroll expander, the working process of the scroll expander was simulated by the method of thermodynamics combined with the dynamic analysis. The experimental results show that the maximum output power of the scroll expander is 1,168 W, the maximum isentropic efficiency is 55% and the maximum output speed is 2,165 r / min. Compared with the experimental results, the minimum error is 3.4% and the maximum error is 37.5%, which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model.
