采用高压液相色谱法测定大鼠血浆和卵巢中孕酮和20α-双氢孕酮含量。本方法线性关系良好;孕酮和20α-双氢孕酮回收率分别为93%和92.1%;变异系数<5%;最小检出量为2—5×10~(-9)克,该法对妊娠过程中孕酮及20α-双氢孕酮的分离率较高、特异性较强。为研究药物对黄体功能的影响提供了一种快速而简便的测定方法。
The contents of progesterone and 20α-DHP in plasma and ovary of rats were determined by high pressure liquid chromatography. The linearity of the method was good. The recoveries of progesterone and 20α-DHP were 93% and 92.1%, respectively. The coefficient of variation was less than 5% and the minimum detectable amount was 2-5 × 10-9. Separation of progesterone and 20α-DHP during pregnancy is highly specific and specific. For the study of drugs on the corpus luteum function provides a quick and easy method for the determination.
