为减少精油的无效挥发并延长持效期,采用界面聚合法,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)三聚体和二乙烯三胺为膜材,制备包含植物精油的微胶囊悬浮剂,并对赤拟谷盗进行了生物活性测定。结果表明:制备的微胶囊形貌在扫描电镜下近似圆球形。与植物精油相比,微胶囊化后的精油对赤拟谷盗仍有较好的活性,且持效期延长,表明微胶囊具有一定的缓释性。
In order to reduce the ineffective volatilization of essential oil and prolong the holding time, an interfacial polymerization method was used to prepare microcapsule suspension containing plant essential oil with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) trimer and diethylenetriamine as membrane material. The biological activity of Tribolium was evaluated. The results showed that the morphology of the prepared microcapsules was nearly spherical under scanning electron microscope. Compared with plant essential oil, the microencapsulated essential oil still has good activity on the red tarragon, and the persistence period is prolonged, indicating that the microcapsule has a certain sustained-release property.
