中国的股票市场存在着投机性强,价格很不合理、价格波动剧烈等一系列特点和问题。股票市场是股份制的产物并且是为股份制的正常运行服务的。探讨中国股票市场的目标,不能就股市论股市,只看到股票市场本身的发展需要,而是要从我国的社会制度出发,考虑建立科学合理的经济管理体制的需要,特别是发展社会主义,壮大公有制的需要。为此,需要采取一系列的办法和措施。
