This is an exploratory study of Eastern Cooperative Group (E.C.O.G.) in staged radiotherapy and 5 Fu comprehensive treatment of rectal cancer. The authors observed severe cake development after comprehensive treatment. A total of 24 patients with residual or recurrent tumors after rectal cancer surgery were treated with Co~(60) pelvic region combined with field irradiation and 5 Fu. The left and right edges of the radiation field are 1 cm outside the true pelvic bone margin, up to the upper edge of the lumbar 5 vertebral body, and 1 cm below the lowest point of the perineal skin (abdominal perineal surgery) or the obturator lower edge (abdominal surgery). The average area is 18 x 22 cm~2. Radiotherapy was performed in three separate ways, with a total of 2000 pulls each time, and completed 10 times in two weeks. Take a break every week.
