目的:探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块形态与血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的相关性。方法:用Judgkin法行冠状动脉造影并将斑快形态特征分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型,放射免疫法测定患者血清MMP-9水平。结果:Ⅱ型斑块患者血清MMP-9水平显著高于Ⅰ型及Ⅲ型(均P<0·01),Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型斑块患者血清MMP-9水平差异无统计学意义。结论:不稳定斑块的血清MMP-9升高,MMP-9在斑块的稳定性中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between coronary atherosclerotic plaque morphology and serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) levels in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: The coronary angiography was performed by Judgkin method and the morphological features of the spots were divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The level of serum MMP-9 was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The serum level of MMP-9 in patients with type II plaque was significantly higher than those in patients with type I and III (all P <0.01). There was no significant difference in serum MMP-9 levels between patients with type I and III plaques. Conclusion: Serum MMP-9 is elevated in unstable plaques and MMP-9 plays an important role in plaque stability.
