DHA即22碳六烯酸(商业上俗称脑黄金),是人体中构成细胞膜必不可少的组成成分,是大脑和视网膜中的主要不饱和脂肪酸,并且在人体各个组织中占有重要的地位。DHA最初被发现大量存在于人体大脑皮质及视网膜中,而后进一步被证实为胎儿及婴儿脑部和视觉功能发育所必需。花生四烯酸(AA)是母乳中重要的多不饱和脂肪酸,AA在正常的大脑生理功能中具有重要的作用。新生儿一般都有自身合成DHA和AA的能力,但合成的量很少,主要是依靠母乳的补充。研究发现,DHA/AA等重要脂肪酸供应不足的婴幼儿,容易出现生长发育迟缓,视觉功能障碍和周围神经系
DHA, known as 22C hexaenoic acid (commercially known as brain gold), is an indispensable constituent of the cell membrane in the human body and is a major unsaturated fatty acid in the brain and retina and plays an important role in various tissues of the human body. DHA was initially found to be abundant in the human cerebral cortex and retina, and was subsequently confirmed as necessary for fetal and infant brain and visual function development. Arachidonic acid (AA) is an important polyunsaturated fatty acid in breast milk. AA plays an important role in normal brain physiological function. Neonates generally have their own ability to synthesize DHA and AA, but the synthesis of small amounts, mainly rely on breast milk supplement. The study found that, DHA / AA and other important fatty acids in infants and young children, prone to growth retardation, visual dysfunction and peripheral nervous system
