一、前言随着信息论方法和模糊数学的引用,系统工程学的信息合成思想已在我国地震科学研究中得到应用。但是,当前大多用在大系统(如板块网络等)多台多项目的信息合成之中,而单台前兆观测信息的开发合成尚不多见。然而,单台的异常信息却是大系统信息合成的基础,其异常信息的置信度和地震预报效能的高低,将直接关系到综合预报信息的水平。因此,单台前兆信息预报效能的低下性,在清理攻关中,已得到普遍的认识和重视。
I. INTRODUCTION With the reference of information theory and fuzzy mathematics, the idea of information synthesis in systems engineering has been applied to the seismic science research in our country. However, at present, most of them are used in the synthesis of multiple projects with large systems (such as plate networks). However, the development and synthesis of single precursor observational information is still rare. However, single anomaly information is the basis of large-scale system information synthesis. The confidence of anomaly information and the effectiveness of earthquake prediction will directly affect the level of comprehensive forecast information. Therefore, the low efficiency of forecasting the single precursor information has been widely recognized and valued in the process of clearing up the tackle.
