陆地生态系统对CO2浓度升高的响应对研究全球变化有重要的参考价值.用开顶式气室模拟CO2浓度升高,提取羊草中的植硅体进行研究,实验发现,羊草植硅体以帽型为主,并且其他早熟禾亚科中常见的齿型植硅体含量非常低.CO2浓度升高处理使得羊草植硅体产量增加,各类型植硅体的比例发生了明显变化,帽型植硅体也显著变大,而且CO2浓度升高处理中还观察到了其对照处理中未观察到的空心棒型、毛发状、长方型和薄片层状植硅体.实验结果表明,羊草植硅体对CO2浓度升高响应敏感,因此,植硅体分析的方法可能会成为研究生态系统对全球变化响应的又一手段,并且植硅体分析可能有助于羊草不同生态型的划分和古大气CO2浓度的恢复重建.
The response of terrestrial ecosystem to the increase of CO2 concentration has an important reference value for the study of global changes.Using the open-top gas chamber to simulate the increase of CO2 concentration and extracting phytolith from Leymus chinensis, The cap type is the main body and the content of phyllostachys in other Poaceae is very low.The increase of CO2 concentration results in the increase of the yield of phyllostachys chinensis and the change of the proportion of phytoliths , The hat-shaped phytoliths also significantly increased, and hollow-rod, hair-like, rectangular and lamellar phyllostructures that were not observed in the control treatment were also observed in the treatment of elevated CO2 concentration.The experimental results show that , Leymus chinensis phytolith is sensitive to the increase of CO2 concentration. Therefore, the method of phytolith analysis may be another means to study the response of ecosystem to global change, and the phytolith analysis may be helpful to different ecotypes of Leymus chinensis Type division and restoration of ancient atmospheric CO2 concentration.
