我国传统体育发展方式的转变是改革而不是改良,在马克思主义的原理中曾经指出,无论是世界上的任何事物的产生后是由于内在原因和外在原因共同作用下所产生的结果,因此,对于我国传统体育发展方式的转变也是这样的。基于此,本文围绕我国传统体育发展方式的转变进行研究,认为体育的发展与经济的发展之间是相互促进、相互推动的,对此,首先阐述了传统体育发展方式转变的基本逻辑内涵,然后分析了转变传统体育发展方式的原因,并对此做出了相关转变的途径,以期我国传统体育能够得到良好的发展。
