目的了解上海市崇明县农贸市场所售食品副溶血性弧菌污染状况,为防制副溶血性弧菌食物中毒提供科学依据。方法依据国家标准GB/T4789.7-2003进行各类食品副溶血性弧菌检验。结果431份样品检出副溶血性弧菌8份,检出率为1.86%;其中156份海、水产品检出7份,检出率为4.49%;57份腌腊制品检出1份,检出率为1.75%;其余样品均未检出阳性菌株。结论崇明县农贸市场所售食品中存在不同程度的副溶血性弧菌污染。应加强卫生监督管理工作。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in foodstuffs sold in Chongming County, Shanghai, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning. Methods According to the national standard GB / T4789.7-2003 for all kinds of food Vibrio parahaemolyticus test. Results Among the 431 samples, 8 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected with a detection rate of 1.86%. Among them, 156 samples were detected in sea and aquatic products, with a detection rate of 4.49%; 57 samples of cured products were detected, The detection rate was 1.75%; no positive strains were detected in other samples. Conclusion There are varying degrees of Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination in the foodstuffs sold on the farmer’s market in Chongming County. Health supervision and management should be strengthened.
