悬浮导向是一种新型的阀门导向结构,悬浮导向结构设计的关键是板形弹簧的设计。本文首先分析了板形弹簧的力学模型、有限元计算模型,然后以Abaqus软件为基础,以板形弹簧的径向刚度为优化目标,以轴向刚度、安装区域为边界条件,对设计参数进行了优化分析。然后根据设计经验,对应力集中部位几何轮廓进行了修改,减小了最大工作应力。最后以轮廓尺寸为优化参数,以应力最小为优化目标对轮廓进行了优化。本文的分析过程、结果为板形弹簧的设计提供了有价值的参考。
Suspension guidance is a new type of valve guide structure. The key of suspension guide structure design is plate spring design. In this paper, firstly, the mechanical model and finite element model of plate spring are analyzed. Then based on Abaqus software, the radial stiffness of plate spring is taken as the optimization target. The axial stiffness and the installation area are used as the boundary conditions to design parameters Optimized analysis. Then according to the design experience, the geometrical outline of stress concentration site was modified, reducing the maximum working stress. Finally, the contour size is the optimal parameter, and the contour is optimized with the minimum stress as the optimization target. This paper’s analysis process, the results provide a valuable reference for the design of flat spring.
