在当今社会信息技术突飞猛进的时期,如何掌握并利用好信息技术这把利器?浦东通过信息化技术主动将司法权力的运行过程置于人民群众的监督之下,推动司法公开向全面公开、全程公开和实质公开纵深发展。在上海市浦东新区人民法院,平均每一秒,就有数十页案件卷宗扫描入库以供远程查阅;每分钟,有400余人次在线点击法院系统软件进行办公;每小时,有3000多兆庭审录像的数据存入服务器;每一天,有近600笔财务账目转进转出。在这里,高效智能的信息化技术覆盖了浦东法院审判工作、司法行政工作以及后勤保障工作的全过程。
