本文在建立缺铁性贫血动物模型的基础上,研究了缺铁性贫血大鼠小肠功能与结构的改变。结果发现缺铁性贫血大鼠小肠维生素A 吸收功能减低,空肠上皮绒毛有不同程度的萎缩、融合等异常。上皮细胞内细胞色素氧化酶及过氧化氢酶活性较对照组明显降低。
Based on the establishment of an animal model of iron deficiency anemia, we studied the changes of small intestine function and structure in iron deficiency anemia rats. The results showed that iron deficiency anemia in rats reduced intestinal absorption of vitamin A, jejunal epithelial villi were varying degrees of atrophy, fusion and other abnormalities. Epithelial cells cytochrome oxidase and catalase activity was significantly lower than the control group.
