为获取良好的执行器速度稳定性,介绍了负载口独立方向控制系统的结构和工作原理、各控制器的功能及控制器之间的信号传递关系;采用速度闭环控制方法,以比例电磁换向阀液导值Ka、Kb为控制参数控制比例电磁换向阀的阀芯位移,达到控制执行器速度的目的.提出了系统等效驱动压力Peq、系统等效液导Keq的概念及两者之间应满足的关系,并推导出Peq、Keq的计算方法;分析了系统等效液导Keq与执行机构进、出油口处比例电磁换向阀液导值Ka和Kb相关的敏感性,得出了系统速度敏感性最低时Ka和Kb最佳配比关系,并针对执行元件不同工况建立了具有较好速度稳定性的阀控策略.,In order to get good speed stability of actuators,this article introduces the structure and operational principle of the separate meter-in and separate meter-out control system,functions of different controllers and signal transmission relationship between those controllers.Using the speed closed-loop method and applying valve conductance coefficients Ka,Kb as control parameters to control proportional solenoid directional valve core’s displacement which affects the speed of the actuator,this article puts forward the concepts of equivalent driving pressure and equivalent valve conductance coefficient for the system,and deduces the calculation method for them.In addition,the authors analyze the sensitivity related to the conductance coefficients(Ka,Kb) of the valves which install at the actuator’s oil inlet and outlet,and obtaining the best ratio between Ka and Kb to minimize velocity error.Finally,the authors establish the strategy for controlling the valves under different working conditions.
