液态金属挤压是一种全新的液态成形方法。它克服了液态模锻过程塑性变形量小的不足,使液态金属在经受压力下凝固的同时,加上大塑性流动,从而使组织在压力下结晶。这样在高温下挤压效应和流动-形变凝固效应等强韧化机制的作用下,改变液态模锻组织为塑性变形组织,其强度和韧性指标必将大幅度提高。为验证这一理论,进行了大量试验工作,其结果与原分析相吻合。为该工艺研究、开发及应用提供了理论依据。
Liquid metal extrusion is a new liquid forming method. It overcomes the lack of plastic deformation of the liquid forging process, so that the liquid metal under the pressure of solidification at the same time, coupled with a large plastic flow, so that the organization under pressure crystallization.
