在小型齿轮(Df<200mm)滚切加工中,对现有的滚齿机床供料加以改造,能提高生产效率、并减轻劳动强度。加工m=3,Df=90mm圆柱直齿轮时,自动循环过程见附图所示。上道工序加工完的齿坯,直接沿供料槽7滚入交换轮5的夹料槽4a中。将夹料槽4a、4b、4c、4d的滚动面设计成楔形(自锁角5°~7°),滚入的齿坯自行停止在夹料槽中,并发出讯号(压触行程开关)。接着交换轮5沿箭头方向回转
