近年来,各地工会在积极开展工会组建工作的同时,也在积极探索工会主席的产生机制和管理体制问题。最近,山西省临汾市总工会在市委的领导下,在全市非公有制企业进行了以“公开推荐、民主选举、直接管理、双重考评”为主要内容的工会主席选拔任用改革试点工作。这项改革经《工人日报》报道后,在各地引起了强烈反响和广泛关注。最近,本刊记者就临汾市总工会的做法对全国总工会组织部副部长贾端阳进行了专访。
In recent years, unions across the country have been actively carrying out the formation of trade unions and are also actively exploring the mechanism for the formation of trade union presidents and the management system. Recently, under the leadership of the municipal party committee, Linfen City Federation of Trade Unions in Shanxi Province conducted pilot work on the selection and appointment reform of trade union presidents with “public recommendation, democratic election, direct management and double evaluation” as the main contents in the non-public enterprises in the city. After the reform was reported by the Workers’ Daily, it aroused strong repercussions and widespread concerns around the country.
