人力资本作为一种凝聚在劳动者身上的知识,技能的外在表现,它对生产力起着促进作用,是生产力增长的主要因素,是具有经济价值的一种资本。充分挖掘并利用人力资本,有效地进行人力资本运营是关系到企业是否能够竞争中求生存,谋发展的关键。而山西票号在人力资本运营方面早已有过较为成功的做法,它的两权分离,股权激励与现代企业相比,虽然其某些做法尚不成熟,但它所表现出的先进理念却是今天企业应当充分借鉴的。
