以7A52铝合金为研究对象,采用全自动MIG焊分别对5B06、5356、5A56焊丝进行焊接工艺试验,并通过X射线检测、力学性能试验、显微组织观察、鱼骨状热裂纹敏感性试验等技术手段,研究5B06、5356、5A56焊丝焊接7A52母材的各项性能。结果表明,5B06焊丝焊接接头的抗拉强度为315 MPa、伸长率为2.5%,在3种焊丝中均为最大,接头的力学性能和焊接性能最佳,热裂纹敏感性最低。
Taking 7A52 aluminum alloy as the research object, the welding process of 5B06,5356,5A56 welding wire was carried out by automatic MIG welding. X-ray inspection, mechanical property test, microstructure observation, fishbone hot crack sensitivity test and so on Technical means, study 5B06, 5356, 5A56 wire welding 7A52 base metal properties. The results show that the tensile strength of 5B06 welding wire joint is 315 MPa and the elongation rate is 2.5%, which is the largest among the three kinds of welding wire. The mechanical properties and welding performance of the joint are the best, and the thermal crack sensitivity is the lowest.
