目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根制剂中R,S-告依春的含量。方法:采用Shiseido C18 MG(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(7:93),检测波长245 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果:R,S-告依春在0.004 9~0.312 0 g·L-1内呈良好线性,r=1.000 0,平均回收率99.0%(RSD 2.04%)。结论:通过对市售15批板蓝根颗粒,8批复方板蓝根颗粒和3批板蓝根茶的含量测定,证明方法简单,准确可靠,重复性好。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of R, S-report Yichun in Radix isatidis preparations. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid solution (7:93) with a detection wavelength of 245 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 on a Shiseido C18 MG (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column at 30 ℃. Results: The results showed that R, S-report Yi Chun was linear in the range of 0.004 9-0.312 0 g · L-1, r = 1.000 0 with an average recovery of 99.0% (RSD 2.04%). Conclusion: The determination of 15 batches of Banlangen granules, 8 batches of Banlangen granules and 3 batches of Banlangen tea on the market shows that the method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible.
