在考虑国别和行业层面研发知识源构成情况异质性前提下,本研究基于制造与服务行业投入-产出关系表,构造了考虑制造业和服务业关联效应下的多样化进口技术外溢,并由此考察了其对我国相关产业部门效率水平提升的影响。分析证实:(1)在考虑本土产业间和产业内关联效应的情况下,进口技术外溢对我国各产业部门效率水平的提升作用均非常明显,关联效应起到了重要“催化”作用;(2)尤其关联效应下,相比各产业部门内直接进口技术外溢,无论制造业还是服务业,通过间接进口技术外溢获得的效率水平提升均更加突出;(3)受关联效应下的逆向需求和前向投入关联影响,制造业或服务业进口技术外溢均表现出对另一方效率水平提升更显著的推动作用。
Based on the input-output relationship between manufacturing and service industries, considering the heterogeneity of R & D knowledge sources at the country and industry levels, this study constructs the diversified import technology spillovers under the related effects of manufacturing and service industries, And thus examine its impact on the improvement of the efficiency level of relevant industries in our country. The analysis confirms that: (1) Under the circumstance of the correlation between local industries and industries, the effect of imported technology spillovers on the efficiency of various industrial sectors in China is very obvious.
