新时期,要做好教育工作,教师要成为学生的朋友。首先,教师以情感人。思想教育是一种感情的艺术。多年的班主任工作,我深深感受到,教师给学生的爱,应该比母爱更细腻,更纯洁;应该比父爱更广博,更高尚。要使师生之间的感情之树常青,教师必须时常输之以爱的甘露,而这种爱必须更细腻而具体。或者是教师一个微笑眼神,因为教师载着爱和信任的眼波哪怕仅仅是投向学生亲切的一瞥,幼小的心灵也会感光显影而映出美丽的图像。
In the new era, to do a good job in education, teachers should become friends of students. First, teachers are emotional people. Ideological education is a kind of emotional art. Years of class teacher work, I deeply felt that teachers love to students, should be more delicate and pure than maternal love; should be more extensive and noble than fatherhood. To make the tree of love between teachers and students everlasting, teachers must often lose the dew of love, and this love must be more detailed and specific.
