In 2011, the mathematics test questions for the Shanxi Provincial Senior High School Entrance Examination were formulated in accordance with the requirements of the “Introduction to the Subject Test Report for Junior High School Graduates in Shanxi Province in 2011” and based on the “Middle School Mathematics Curriculum Standard (Experimental Draft)” (hereinafter referred to as “The Curriculum Standard”). The student development-oriented concept seeks to have a good guiding role in mathematics teaching in junior high schools. At the same time, it satisfies the needs of high school students to effectively and comprehensively evaluate students’ mathematics learning.
