一、升学考试体育的意义经国务院批准的《学校体育工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)规定:“体育课是学生毕业、升学考试科目”。这一规定,具有非常重要的现实意义和长远的战略意义。 1.有利于全面贯彻教育方针,抑制片面追求升学率倾向。目前,由于我国还不能为广大青年提供充分的选择就业机会,加上在教育体制上,我国对高校和中专毕业生实行统一分配的政策。于是,升学,便意味着就业有了保证,可以获得相对稳定的社会、经济地位,因此,使追求升学率变成了一种难以抗拒的社会倾向,这种倾向有一定的必然性和合理性。所谓片面追求升学率,是指为了能升学而忽视德育和体育。这是由于在升学考试中,存在择智育之优而录取的现
