合作学习是新课程改革提倡的一种教学和学习方式,对提高学生的自主探究、合作交流、质疑问难、团队协作等多方面的能力有很大的帮助。目前,小组合作学习已经在小学数学教学中得到了广泛应用,但是从教学实际来看,小组合作学习还存在着一些不足,如分组不科学、合作流于形式、合作时机选择不恰当、合作学习的时间不充足,等等。这在一定程度上影响了合作学习的效果,因此,小学数学教师要认识到合作学习中存在的问题,并针对这些问题采取一些应对措施,使合作学习的优势得到充分体现和发挥。
