目的:为探讨艾纳香对光照的响应机理,寻求适宜艾纳香生长的最佳栽培条件。方法:以有性繁殖的1年龄艾纳香幼苗为研究对象,于2014年5月开始进行为期四个月的四梯度遮阴处理试验:全光照;轻度遮阴,透光率(75±3)%;中度遮阴,透光率(45±5)%;重度遮阴,透光率(20±3)%。对不同遮阴胁迫下艾纳香生理指标进行分析。结果:轻度遮阴胁迫下植物长势最好,叶片含水量最大,叶片通过增加叶绿素含量、根系活力来弥补少量光照不足。中度和重度遮阴胁迫下植物细胞已受到损伤,细胞渗透势不平衡,可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸增幅较大,通过过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)等酶活的改变产生化学防御体系,减小细胞受损程度。重度遮阴胁迫下,艾纳香植株长势最差,出现明显的叶片变大变薄现象,叶片含水量、光合色素含量都大量减小,在渗透物质与抗氧化酶活性调节下,植物维持较弱生长特征。结论:夏季轻度遮阴处理可促进艾纳香幼苗生长发育。
Objective: To explore the response mechanism of Anemia to light and seek the best cultivation conditions for the growth of Anemone. Methods: A four-month shading treatment of four-month-old seedlings was conducted in sexual breeding A. canadensis seedlings. The results were as follows: total light, light shading and light transmittance of 75 ± 3)%; moderate shading, light transmission (45 ± 5)%; severe shading, light transmission (20 ± 3)%. Under moderate and severe shading stress, plant cells were damaged, cell osmotic potential was unbalanced, soluble sugar and free proline increased significantly, and CAT, SOD, Changes in enzymatic activity such as oxidase (POD) produce a chemical defense system that reduces the extent of cell damage. Severe shading stress, the plant grows the weakest, the obvious leaf becomes thinner and thinner, the leaf water content, photosynthetic pigment content are greatly reduced, the permeability of substances and antioxidant enzymes in the regulation of the plant to maintain more Weak growth characteristics. Conclusion: The mild shading treatment in summer can promote the growth of Allium sativum seedlings.
