随着企业经营与管理的环境日趋复杂,企业对高素质的人力资源管理人才的需求持续走高。在各高职院校都竞相开设人力资源管理专业以满足市场之需的同时,该专业的毕业生却面临工作难找、就业困难的窘境。形成这种反差的主要原因是应聘学生的职业素养难以满足企业对人力资源管理人才的要求。针对上述问题,本文就高职院校人力资源管理专业职业素养的培养作一些分析和探讨。
As the environment for the management and management of enterprises has become increasingly complex, the demand for high-quality human resources management personnel has continued to rise. While all vocational colleges are competing to set up human resources management majors to meet the needs of the market, the graduates of the profession are faced with the dilemma of hard-to-find jobs and difficult employment. The main reason for this contrast is that the professionalism of the candidates cannot meet the requirements of the enterprise for human resources management talents. In view of the above problems, this article makes some analysis and discussion on the cultivation of professional qualities of the professional human resources management in higher vocational colleges.
