[作用特点] 本品为4-胺基喹啉类化合物,作用与磷酸氯喹相似。口服吸收后储存在肝脏,然后慢慢释放于血液中,以达到长期预防的作用。治疗效果相当于氯喹。 [适应症] 为口服长效预防疟疾药物。主要用于疟疾的预防,对恶性疟或间日疟有很好的预防效果。可降低疟疾发病率并控制流行。亦可用于控制恶性疟、间日疟或混合感染疟疾的临床症状。
