目的探讨体部肿瘤立体定向放射治疗过程中的质量控制。方法 94例体部肿瘤患者采用CT定位扫描,由网络系统将扫描图像输送到TPS计划系统,用医科达Precise型直线加速器实施治疗计划。结果近期疗效完全缓解(CR)36例(38.3%),部分缓解(PR)43例(45.7%),无变化(NC)9例(9.6%),进展(PD)6例(6.4%),总有效率为93.6%。所有患者均能耐受并按计划完成治疗。结论治疗过程中的措施切实可行,可达到立体定向放射治疗过程中质量控制的要求。
Objective To explore the quality control of body tumors in stereotactic radiotherapy. Methods Totally 94 patients with body tumors were scanned by CT. The scanned images were delivered by the network system to the TPS planning system, and the treatment plan was implemented with the Medical Precise Linear Accelerator. Results There were 36 cases (38.3%) with complete response (CR), 43 cases (45.7%) with partial response (PR), 9 cases with no change (NC) and 6 cases with progression (PD) The total effective rate was 93.6%. All patients were able to tolerate and complete the treatment as planned. Conclusion The measures in the treatment process are feasible and can meet the quality control requirements in stereotactic radiotherapy.
