在对目前井下胶结充填材料充分研究的基础上,通过添加复合外加剂(缓凝剂与速凝剂),研制得到一种水的体积分数可达97%的新型超高水材料.该材料主要由A,B这2种物料构成,其中A料以硫铝酸盐水泥与复合缓凝剂为主,B料由石膏、石灰及复合速凝剂组成.材料的突出特点是在水固质量比(下简称水固比)高达11:1的情况下可凝固,终凝强度可达0.66MPa.且材料凝结时间与抗压强度可按需通过外加剂及水固比进行调整,A,B单料浆体可持续30~40h不固化,混合后浆体可快速凝固.材料具有单浆体缓凝、混合浆体速凝、早期强度高的特点,且固结体不收缩,尤其适用于矿井采空区充填.
