主要研究维康素片剂的抗氧化性能。试验建立293T细胞的体外氧化损伤保护模型,应用MTT法测定细胞活性,流式细胞仪检测法检测凋亡和死亡情况,采用50μmol/L的VE作为对照。结果显示维康素片剂对H2O2引起细胞损伤有很好的保护作用。
His research focused on the antioxidant properties of Viconin tablets. The oxidative damage protection model of 293T cells in vitro was established. The cell viability was measured by MTT assay. Apoptosis and death were detected by flow cytometry. 50μmol/L VE was used as control. The results showed that Viconin tablets had a good protective effect against H2O2-induced cell damage.
