对304不锈钢板翅结构进行真空钎焊试验,对单轴拉伸进行试验研究与有限元分析,讨论钎料厚度对不锈钢板翅抗拉强度的影响。研究结果表明,钎料厚度对304不锈钢板翅结构强度影响较大。当钎料厚度小于105μm时,随着钎缝厚度增加,抗拉强度增加;当厚度增加到105~140μm时,抗拉强度基本保持不变;当厚度超过140μm时,抗拉强度降低。随着钎料厚度增加,钎角应力集中降低;钎角面积增加,使得承载能力增加,强度增加;但是钎角脆性相的含量也同时增加,降低接头强度。
The vacuum brazing test of 304 stainless steel plate fin structure was carried out. The uniaxial tensile test was conducted and the finite element analysis was carried out. The influence of solder thickness on the tensile strength of stainless steel plate fin was discussed. The results show that the thickness of the solder has a great influence on the structural strength of 304 stainless steel fin. When the brazing filler metal thickness is less than 105μm, the tensile strength increases with the increase of the brazing seam thickness. When the thickness increases to 105 ~ 140μm, the tensile strength remains unchanged. When the thickness exceeds 140μm, the tensile strength decreases. With the increase of the thickness of brazing filler metal, the stress concentration of brazing angle decreases; the area of brazing angle increases, which leads to the increase of bearing capacity and strength; but the content of brittle phase of brazing angle also increases at the same time, reducing the joint strength.
