一、现象我们盘锦市是84年新建的小市,目前人口刚刚达到139万。但就是这么一个小地方,确出了一大批有影响的美术家。无论是按人口比例,还是按地理区划;无论是参加国家大赛,还是参加省内大展,其排名都是意外的靠前。对于这种现象,作为一名艺术馆搞群众文化的美术干部,有责任调查、分析、归纳、总结其原因,以便让更多的兄弟市地、相关单位及美术工作者学习借鉴,以达到让美术助推当地文化发展,让美术助推当地经济建设
