目的了解杨浦区4种生境蝇类种群及季节消长情况,为蝇类防制提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法,于2010-2013年每年的3-11月在大型绿地(公园)、中小饭店周边绿地、居民小区和农贸市场4种生境进行监测。结果 2010-2013年共捕获蝇类5科25属39种1588只,优势种为厩腐蝇、丝光绿蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇、横带花蝇、大头金蝇、狭额腐蝇;季节消长曲线呈现6月和9月双高峰,2010年密度最低。在大型绿地、农贸市场、中小饭店周边、居民小区4种生境中,蝇类种群最多的是大型绿地为32种,密度最高的是农贸市场为4.70只/(笼·d)。结论杨浦区有较好的蝇类生境,蝇类种群丰富;厩腐蝇、丝光绿蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇等优势种群需要重点控制;农贸市场是关键控制场所,6及9月前后是控制蝇类及蝇传疾病防控的两个重要时间节点。
Objective To understand the population dynamics and seasonal fluctuation of flies in four habitats in Yangpu District and provide a scientific basis for the control of flies. Methods Cage induction method was used to monitor the habitats of large-scale green spaces (parks), green spaces around small and medium-sized hotels, residential areas and farmers’ markets from March to November in 2010-2013. Results A total of 1588 flies, 5 genera, 25 genera, 39 species, were collected from 2010 to 2013. The predominant species were Stamen, Lucilia serrata, Growth and decline curve showing double peaks in June and September 2010, the lowest density. Among the four kinds of habitats of large-scale green space, farmers’ market, small and medium-sized hotels and residential quarters, the largest population of flies was 32 large-scale green spaces and the highest density was 4.70 / (cage · d). Conclusion Yangpu District has better flies habitats and rich flies population; the dominant populations such as stable flies, green flies and giant tail aliens need to be controlled; the farmers’ market is the key control place, around 6 and 9 months Flies and fly transmission disease prevention and control of two important time nodes.
