BOJ-5000(A)型起爆器,是高能脉冲起爆电源(图1),它适用于冶金矿山、水利、铁道、交通等部门的大中规模的电爆破工程。1979年以来,该起爆器先后在铜陵有色金属公司铜官山铜矿、马钢南山铁矿、江西德兴铜矿等矿山进行了工业性试验。地表及坑下爆破180次,共爆电雷管三万余发,炸药874吨,崩矿量523万吨。现场试验表明,该起爆器性能稳定,安全可靠,受到了用户的欢迎。
BOJ-5000 (A) type initiator, is a high-energy pulse detonation power (Figure 1), it is suitable for large-scale electrical blasting in metallurgical and mining, water conservancy, railways, transportation and other departments. Since 1979, the detonator has carried out industrial tests in Tonglingshan Copper Mine of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Company, Mines’ Nanshan Iron Mine and Jiangxi Dexing Copper Mine. The surface and pit blasting 180 times, a total of more than thirty thousand detonators exploded, explosives 874 tons, collapsed ore volume of 5.23 million tons. Field tests show that the detonator performance is stable, safe and reliable, has been welcomed by users.
