民族立法是一个国家调整本国各民族关系及其国家关系的法律规范。我国是由56个民族组成的统一的国家,民族立法需要调整的是56个民族之间的关系及其国家关系,因此,在我国民族立法就显得更为重要。
National legislation is a legal standard for a country to adjust the relations among its various ethnic groups and its state. China is a unified country composed of 56 ethnic groups. Ethnic minority ethnic groups need to adjust the relationship between the 56 ethnic groups and their national relations. Therefore, national legislation in our country is even more important.
