一、问题的提出高中历史新课程的实施强调教学过程的问题驱动,力促有效教学。课堂教学以问题为纽带组织教学过程的各个环节,有助于学生形成探究的兴趣,提高学生以问题为中心的知识整合能力,真正落实学生的主体地位。但是,目前高中历史课堂问题设计中还存在诸多弊端,制约学生的创新精神和实践能力。1.问题设计内在连贯性不强影响核心目标的达成
