8月21日,东台市梁垛镇交管所四海航运公司船户王朋高接到常州港监辗转送到的230元“纠乱”退款,非常激动。 今年5月,船户王朋高途经常州地域,先后被索收费用200多元,对照有关收费规定,王觉得这钱交得实在冤枉,抱着试试看的心清,投书了此事。常州市港航监督处接到反映后,十分重视,立即认真调查,证实船户反映情况基本属实。
